Well, just when I thought nothing else
would be made from "the" piano,
my dad surprised me with a pen.
I call it the Piano Pen.
You remember the old piano don't you.
Ain't she a beaut!
Well it started again with the wood from the piano.
My dad has a friend who makes beautiful
ink pens from all different types of wood.
My dad took some of the wood from the piano
and cut it into what they call blanks.
Then the pen man does his magic.
A beautiful pen.
Here's a few more pics of this beautiful pen.
This was a sweet surprise:)
But if we walk in the light,
as he is in the light,
we have fellowship
with one another,
and the blood of Jesus, his Son,
purifies us from all sin.
1 John 1:7
wow - what a cool idea.

That is so great! My husband just made a pen for a friend's daughter, from a tree that used to be on their property. Great memories.
ReplyDeleteOh this is a fantastic gift and now music will be written with ink! Hmm.... I might have to make this a short story!
