I thought I'd post a photo of Cocoa
just because she's sooooo cute!
A while back I mentioned that Cocoa was sick.
It was finally diagnosed that she has an auto immune disease.
She has blood work done every three months and is treated with steroids.
That usually puts her back in a good way.
Although this is not curable the goal is to keep it steady and under control.
Meanwhile we'll just keep loving and enjoying her.
She's so adorable.
On another note. Happy anniversary to me. I've been blogging a year in January.
I didn't start blogging to make any kind of money
just a way to post my before and after pictures of my painted furniture.
At the time I had no idea I would be getting chickens in the spring. I'd wanted some for
a while but figured in was in the future.
Let me say that having chickens has been one of the most enjoyable
things I've done. They are so much fun, plus you get eggs!
Sharing my chicken adventure has been very enjoyable.
I certainly like reading about other bloggers and there animal activities.
I hope others have enjoyed mine.
More adventures to come I hope.
But ask the animals, and they will teach you,
or the birds of the air, and they will tell you...
In His hand is the life of every creature and the breath of all mankind.
